Thanks to my previous life as a professional athlete, I'm versed in the importance of the three Rs: repetition, regularity, and routine.

I've applied these lessons to my own writing practice. Through, I help others develop their own practices. 

This takes the form of a six-week program involving daily email check-ins, weekly brainstorm and planning sessions, and as much cheerleading as is needed.

In other words, I'm like a trainer...for writers.
