I started FlipCollective.com in 2010 after meeting a few writers who, like me, knew they needed to get better at what they were doing.

We set up a simple, round-robin editing schedule, and away we went. Since those modest beginnings, we've remained mostly modest - the goal was never heavy traffic; the goal was to push one another while producing writing that was better than most of what is found on the Internet.
